Designing Sustainability Programs for Your Class, Club or Community In-Person
Do you want to offer sustainability workshops for your class, club, or community? Learn how through an engaging live stream presentation with Ellyssa Valenti Kroski who practices a self-sufficient and sustainable way of life. Learn what it takes to plan, organize, and run activities centered on topics such as gardening, pioneer crafts, homesteading, preservation. While emphasis will be on library programs, the information will apply to a variety of settings and populations. Kroski is the editor of 25 Ready-to-Use Sustainable Living Programs for Libraries. Discussion and idea sharing to follow. Light refreshments will be served.
