An Introduction to W. E. B. Du Bois In-Person
An overview of the life, work, and legacy of W. E. B. Du Bois, one of the most important thinkers in American, indeed global, history. This talk will examine his work as a scholar, activist, theorist, public intellectual, and historian while also drawing on the vast resources of the Du Bois archive to reveal aspects of his personal life and character. (Feel free to bring snacks).
