Getting Started with Zotero In-Person
Designed for first-time users and those who have some experience but would like more grounding in the basics. This workshop will guide you through organizing your library, downloading new sources, adding sources you already have, editing sources, and using Zotero with Word for writing papers. Please prepare for this workshop by installing Zotero and signing up for an online account. Check that each piece has installed correctly, including the desktop app, Word plugin, and browser Zotero Connector. Bring your laptop with you to complete exercises in your own account, or borrow one of the Library laptops we will have on hand at the workshop. If you have trouble installing Zotero, please contact the IT Help Desk before the workshop. Ideal for advanced undergraduates, graduates, and faculty.
