Libraries' Page to Screen Club: Pitch the Page In-Person
Interested in putting forth a title for the Libraries' Page to Screen Club? Now's your chance!
THIS WEEK: Make a pitch for a next semester title!
About:
Pitch the Page is an open forum for anyone to present their ideas for Spring 2027 titles. Below are some things to help you get started:
Ground Rule:
- The book [written form] came first.
Guidelines:
- Any length and format of written form is okay.
- Books can be in a series, short stories, novellas, graphic novels, YA, etc.
- Any length of screen adaptation is fine. We might only get to do a couple of episodes, but things that aren't movies are okay.
- Any genre is welcome. We've done a lot of different genres.
- You can pitch more than one thing. Try to keep it to 3 or fewer, since we want to give everyone time to pitch.
- You can make slides to support your pitch. You can draw supporting figures on the whiteboards. You can make a compelling case with your voice alone. Interpretive dance! However you want to give your pitch is okay.
