AI-Assisted Citation Tools: Semantic Scholar Online
Join us in this workshop to learn the basics of Semantic Scholar, including what’s in it, features, search tips, and limitations.
Semantic Scholar, developed by the non-profit Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI2), is a free, AI-powered discovery and citation tool primarily designed for scientific literature. The search is similar to Google Scholar, and it also has the ability to see the citation network and organize search results by # of citations, similar to Scopus and Web of Science. It is an additional tool to use (but not a replacement for either!)
There will be time in the workshop to use Semantic Scholar and ask questions about using the features, search results and more.
