Birding for Everyone In-Person
Join us for a gentle, accessible birding outing to experience your campus in a whole new light! This will be a guided event for all birding levels (first time and beginner birders especially welcome!) led by Deborah Place (she/her), library staff and birding enthusiast, and Beth Rogers (they/them), UMass PhD student in Organismic & Evolutionary Biology.
- We will meet at the Orchard Hill basketball court and follow the Orchard Hill/Sylvan footpath for < 1.0 mile. See this location on a map here.
- Please bring a pair of binoculars if you have them, but we will have extras to share.

- In case of unsafe/bad weather, the rain date for this event is Thursday, May 1st, 8:30am-9:45am.
