Welcome to the UMass Digital Media Lab Production Room Reservation System

The Digital Media Lab is located on the 3rd floor of the W.E.B. Dubois Library and features 4 sound rooms and 2 green screen rooms. All rooms are available to UMass students, faculty and staff. In order to assure that a room is available for your group, please reserve a room.  Rooms can be used without a reservation, however, you may be asked to move for a group with reservations

Green Screen Rooms: Available for one hour sessions which can be extended if no one is waiting. They are dedicated for students working on chroma-key photos and videos. The larger room can occupy up to 10 people; the smaller room, up to 4.

Sound Rooms: Available for one hour sessions which can be extended if no one is waiting. Our large sound rooms (#1 and #4) hold up to 6 people and are available for 1 hour sessions. The smaller rooms (#2 and #3) hold up to 3 people.

Please note: Patrons may not reserve rooms using multiple email addresses. DML staff reserve the right to deny patron use of the rooms if it appears they are abusing the room reservation system.
